In December, the London Squash and Fitness CLub held its annual Monk MacDonald Century Doubles tournament, expertly chaired and organized by Peter Carson and generously sponsored by the MacDonald brothers, Phil and Bob.

Oysters and beer flowed freely throughout the day and eased those creaky joints! There were 2 events this year - an Open event whereby both players had to add up to 100+ years and a Vintage "true centruy doubles" event whereby both players needed to be 50+ The Open event was keenly contested Rob Doherty and Craig Hall taking the spoils against Doug Gillespie and Trevor Tyson. The Vintage was won by Nigel Paterson and Bob MacDonald who beat Paul Cocker and Don Cumming
